So which Town has moved then? because last time I checked Sunderland was in the North East,Blackburn in the North West and Wrexham was just inside North Wales!

I think it was a sarcastic reference to Savage saying (when he moved to Blackburn from Birmingham) that Blackburn was closer to his parents.
