Foxhateram Posted 5 January 2008 Posted 5 January 2008 Dont you just hate it!!! the weather is poor, the days are short, the night and the dark seems to last forever. its all so dreary and wet and dead and horrible. Work seems like such a trawl when its dark like this, you are stuck inside having to do shitty jobs like potwash rather then serving customers outside in the sunshine. Worse thing is people around you seem to feel the same and so you cant cheer eachover up Anyone else hate it? or feel like that? discuss?

Although it is shit - when you go to work in the dark, and return in the dark. Bring on the summer!
Leicester Lass Posted 5 January 2008 Posted 5 January 2008 Why don't you just go out and get laid like usual?
Foxhateram Posted 5 January 2008 Author Posted 5 January 2008 Why don't you just go out and get laid like usual? Because!!!! it is a new year, and it is time for a change!

Thracian Posted 5 January 2008 Posted 5 January 2008 Dank days, non-stop sales adverts on television, people endlessly moaning about their ailments, patience running short at the City ... yes, it's pretty grim but there's one big bonus. All the fair weather golfers are still waiting for the sunny months and the courses are empty - you can play and practice to your heart's content and hardly see a soul.

Smiffy Posted 5 January 2008 Posted 5 January 2008 Are there any decent public coarses in Leicester? I didn't really get into golf until I moved away and I'm debating bringing my clubs back with me this summer.
