Derby- worst team in the premiership ever

Can't get to away matches because of a job at nights so not had the chance to get to any this season. Was desperate to go to Old Trafford but just wasn't to be I suppose. Nothing better than out singing those fans from Stockport!!

How you think we'll get on next season? Personally, and I'm trying to look at this without The Rams tinted lenses on, but I think we have a half decent Championship squad and with a few decent additions, reckon we'll be up there come next April/May time.

TBH, you were only half decent last season in the CHAMPIONSHIP. Your defence will struggle, your midfield is lightweight apart from Savage, decent goalies and decentish strikers. If you don't get some quality players I c an see you lot struggling. The only up side that you have is that your manager is Paul Jewell.

Yeah I agree. Maybe we were lucky to go up, maybe it was just our season. The latter was how it seemed to me.

Correct about the defence. I think our right back are both quite decent (Mears and Mills) at Championship level. Jay McEveley has picked up loads since Jewell came in but then got injured. I think him at left back will be alright (will need another one possibly). The centre of defence is weak, I agree. Moore is not good enough, simple as that. Leacock will be alright there next season, as will Nyatanga if selected, Calamity Claude can go however. Rumours going around are that Chris Riggott may be coming back. Would be rock solid in the Championship.

As with the midfield, I agree to some extent. It may be a little light weight but there is some quality in there. Dave Jones for example will be fine at Championship level, along with Savage. Another centre mid is needed. Weak on the right wing, Fagan is an average back up so we need someone to come in there. The left is the same. I think Pearson will be fine but we need someone else.

As for up top, Miller would be fine, would get us 20 goals but I highly doubt he'll be here then. I think Earnmore will go so the only remaining striker will be Villa, who looked alright but is still unproven. So by the looks of it, at least two more strikers will need to come in.

The whole side will be different next season. It will be Paul Jewells side not Billy Davies' so how many will be left, I know as much as you.
