I think we definately need a change. He has been knowhere near convincing all season and his performances explain why Birmingham were so happy to let him go

They offered him a deal but couldn't guarantee him first team football. He was there player of the year and Players player of the year in a team that was successful. Unfortunately he hasn't got McSheffery to give it too on the left, Larrson on the right, Muamba to the side and Bendtner and Jerome to aim for up front. Thats one of the reasons why he looks so average in this team.

I would drop Clemence for a game because he isnt playing well at the minute, but hopefully he would come back and see us through March, April and May. So I would give the armband to McAuley.
