He has taken this club down 3 places since he took over even with a lot of money that other managers didn't have. He has signed good players but he HAS SHIT TACTICS e.g. plays hume on right . plays long ball/hoof ball everygame which means know exciting running/passing. his tactic is just hit and hope which is ugly football. if he supposedly changed plymouth a boring long ball club into an exciting attacking playing club then wtf is going on here. doesn't change tactics from match to match even if its clear they are not working like now. doesn't get the players playing well together as a team. I will give him time before i demand for his head but right now i think i could organise, motivate, select playing style, etc better than the crap that's going on now.
