This seems to be the eternal solution at Leicester. If it's not working bring in ever more players.

Has nobody wondered if it might be the way we play, our tactics, our poor passing from the back, our big gaps between different sections of the team, this stupidly narrow way we play and too often our lack of pace? Or even that the players are too concerned about making mistakes?

Given Holloway's licence to sign players after January 1, I cannot see why any self-respecting manager should have dropped us from 17th place to 22nd or, indeed, failed to lift us into mid-table.

I cannot understand it even with the squad he has to be honest although I cannot see what great benefit at least four of our loan signings have been.

I would hate such a massive player turnover. It is counter productive. All our players have their faults but they are capable of much more than they've delivered this season, at least I think they are. But we need someone to get it out of them. If every time players drop clangers they're out of the side you never get them relaxing and trying things.

But we do need to pick fit and capable players in the first place, then give them some encouragement and show them some faith.

Yep, get the best out of the players we have got as they are capable of soo much more, stick with them and show them faith! Ollie shouldn't have brought soo many players in, maybe afew but he should've motivated the players we already had, as they had already been playing together. He changed things too much and didn't show any faith to the players we already had and publicly criticised them by saying they basically aren't good enough and he will bring his own players in.

From the games I have been to the problem wasn't about creating chances (especially early season) but sticking them away. Yes I agree that we shouldn't just chop and change for the sake of it but even though I'm sure Fryatt will score goals elsewhere, I am beginning to convince myself that it wont be for us.

As for DJ, I`d persevere with him for a while yet.
