And what good would it do for us to sack a manager with 3 games left. :frusty:

That's a ridiculous comment. He's lost the plot here. And I would rather go down knowing we tried to do something about it.

I don't care what the Plymouth fans are going to say. Not bothered with yet another manager getting sacked.

Because at the end of the day, it hasn't worked out for Ollie here. I think the problem is deep inside him is regret. He wishes he didn't leave a Plymouth promotion push for this. Yes - we need stability. But we need stability with a manager taking us at least forward a bit. Holloway is taking us backwards, none of our players play for him. In fact, i still cannot believe people are still saying they want him even if we're in League 1 next year! He did well at Plymouth, but do you remember what happened at QPR? He was placed on gardening leave without any fight or bother. He's got to big headed recently, thinks he's god because he's funny. But at the end of the day, he could be the 1st manager to take this team below the top 2 divisions.

OUT! And don't delete this, admit it. He needs to go.

Your an Idiot. consistently stupid posts! I am not going to respond to you anymore  Just take a second and think what the situation is, then think about the benefits of sacking another manager this season!

Do you even go to games?

Here we go again...

For the record, I think Hume's saved Holloway's job for another week.

Yeah exactly,

There are too many of these threads, Us being in our current situation i dont think the club needs the hastle of a new manager coming in.

It won't help.

Do we really need one of these threads every week. Holloway is staying hes a good manager, wev'e been unlucky. im going to get ridiculed for that, but im sorry all this manager rotation and player rotation will not make us a good side EVER! a good side is one that has been stable and been okaying together for a few years, with the same key players and the same key management, i.e. West Brom, i.e Stoke, i.e. Charlton If we go down, not the end of the world, we will regroup and rebiuld from there, and work our way back up. We need to biuld next year and then stick with the sqaud we have built wether that be in this league or the one below. We should keep Ollie and as many of the current squad as possible.

Were not down yet, and i think we will stay up. Holloway needs to stay imo. We need to buold a squad and stick with it, players gel in time, and work togehter in time, they learn eachothers way of play and begin to be able to read eachothers game. A team that has been together a few years will play a Leicester side off the park al day. The leicester players look like they dont know eachother at all, itsw like they dont know what their team mates are going to do, they dont talk, they dont gel together, they are a bunch of individuals. Half of football is off the ball, and its that off the ball composure our team seems to lack.

Holloway stays, we keep as many players as we can for next season, we add a few more qaulity players, we keep that root squad for a few years, then we will be laughing. If we keep chopping and changing i can garuntee we will never Move forward.

quite simply you are talking out your arse - somehow we have to stay up, then get rid of Holloway and bring-in a new manager in the close season - the football we are playing currently is some of the worst I have seen in thirty years of being a true blue - wake up and stop being so stupidly optimistic

It's not necessarily that people love Holloway, it's just people using a slight bit of intelligence and realising that sacking the manager with THREE games left is not the right solution. If Milan wants too, he'll pull the trigger, definitely. But I doubt he's even stupid enough to do it with three games to go.

Spot on.

If he get's the chop, it's not going to be anytime before the end of the season. I think even Milan realises that it would be a daft decision.

Yeah he has learnt his lesson on doing this.

Your tired and confused because you got me wrong?

Do you really think you no best because you go to all the games and sing.

You ent got a clue, and when we get relegated we'll see what your opinions of Holloway are then.

And when im at Barnsley, i'll expect to hear you singing Ollies name if we lose after the game.

OLLIE WE LOVE YOU YOURE GETTING US RELEGATED

Someone shoot this guy lol, Just Joking. Were not happy that Holloway does seem to be taking us down but we have to stick with him, we have no choice. sacking him is not the answer.

Dont you think that bad football could be due to the reasons i stated in my previous posts. the fact that the players are individuals and not a team. iv seen this happen time after time at so many levels. When a team doesnt know one another they wont play wel together, if you cant read what your team mate is about to do, you will never be able to make the inteligent sort of football you are obviously looking for. You cant buy 11 players and expect them to play wel together after 9 months, would you get married to a woman after knowing her less then 9 months? do you think you would know her well enough to see you together and make a marriage work?

these players have to know eachother to be able to play togehter, and they dont. We still have a devide between old squad and new squad. They dont know how to play together, i dont think thats Ollie's fault, i dont think its Martin allens fault, i dont think its Gary Megsons fault, or Frank burrows/ Taggarts. Its just the fact these oplayers just dont know how to play together.

Chopping and changing again will only make that devide between each player bigger. Will make things ultimatly worse. I dont think anyone would make much of a difference, noe even Murinho would be able to make a difference here.

nope, I dont agree - there are plenty of teams in which a new manager has turned things round within a few games - what about King Kev at the Geordies - he's got his players on fire - Ollie is blatantly not good enough, neither as a motivator, nor a tactician - go away and come back when you know what you're on about

Im Astounded.

If this was any other manager. Neil Warnock, you would all be wanting him out.

A fan ran onto the pitch and ripped his season ticket up in front of Holloway's face. And you think everything is going fine?

Speechless

No, we don't think everything is going fine you tosspot.

But we, or I, certainly don't think it's all Holloways fault. And I can't see how you would.

Whoever said anything is fine :dunno:

We all know that we are in the shit big time, but sacking a manager with only 3 games left really isn't going to do us any favours.
