The 19-year-old talented defender initially joined the Foxes on loan from Stamford Bridge until the end of the season back in March. But after impressing during his brief spell, which saw him make a substitute appearance at Sheffield United and a start against Stoke City last Sunday, the Foxes have moved quickly to snap up the teenager on a three-year-contract. The 20-year-old centre-half has signed a two-year contract and further signings are expected to be announced later today (Tuesday). Morrison will meet up with his new team-mates for the first time this morning as the players report back for pre-season training. Manager Nigel Pearson said: "Michael is a young, promising player and I am delighted to have him on board.
