Brake Pads

Hi i have a vauxhall combo van and have found out that i need new brake pads, as i took off the wheels to check! only problem i'm not fully sure how to change them i have a good idea as i have done this on a few cars in the past!! if any one can help i will be truly gratefull many thanks :)

Most new cars these days have a retainer pin going through the brake caliper holding the pads in place, take this out with some pliers and the pads should slide out. When putting the new pads in put some copper lube on the back of the brake pad and this will stop the new bakes squeeling :thumbup:

you'll also need a bar of some sort, to push the piston back so you can get the new pads in.
