Blatter is a twat! But this proposal is a good idea (the only one he's ever had). Would help the England team no end and should open the Premiership up a bit more so it is a bit more interesting at the top, not just only two teams that can win the league

Funny to see on SSN this morning that Brian Barwick is absolutely shitting it about this rule coming through. I think he knows it'd be the loss of some much needed revenue from the big Premier League clubs. No matter how much he says he cares about English talent, fact is, if it means him losing some money, he's not interested. Classic.
