Father Ted Posted 18 June 2008 Author Posted 18 June 2008 No offence... but we get the picture. We're pleased for you. We're pleased that you're publishing lots of articles on Vital Football... but we get the idea now. Those that are genuinely interested in Vital Football will check the site anyway, and don't need a reminder every five minutes that you're writing something new. As I said, I mean you no offence, but you've been talking to yourself for the last couple of days in this thread. Craig Adams get's his own Ebay thread Ok, no probs.
Alexikokopops Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 Thanks for the feedback Although, you know on the computer when your writing, do you ever get it when you go to fix a mistake and as your writing it, it wipes out the words after it?? How can you fix it? Because that's what happens when I write the articles and I blame that... You doing it on Microsoft word? If you look along the bottom where it says what page your on, what section of the page etc you can see four abbreviations: REC TRK EXT OVR If you double click on OVR it turns the thing you're describing on and off. Job done. Also, your "Insert" key will similarly enable and disable the OVeRwrite function. OVR = Overwrite enabled (replaces existing text as you write your corrections). OVR = Overwrite disabled (adds new text rather than replaces existing text).

davieG Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 I wanted to become a journalist but i'm not the best at writting. So, i left college. How did you become a writter for the PAFC website at only 18? Do they pay you? Sorry for the questions If you really want to be a journalist the first thing you could learn is how to use a spell checker. If you use Firefox it's a basic add-on.
Houdini Logic Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 Sorry to say but i didn't think the articles were well written at all.The punctuation is very poor and some paragraphs don't make any sense. Also as stated above Doncaster Rovers won the JPT in the 2006/07 season, not Bristol Rovers. Please feel free to take a browse at my latest articles. http://www.pafc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsD...1327729,00.html http://www.pafc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsD...1326059,00.html http://www.pafc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsD...1325561,00.html You do realise that the first line of your first article reads: 'Luton Town are Argyle's opponents in the first round of this season's Carling Cup.' Time to get your grammer books open...
