Moreton Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 I was reading the Mercury today and was looking at the 'City Feedback' page where Leicester fans write in to express their views. There was one written by a bloke called Dave from Braunstone, i agreed with what he said. "So many were against the possible appointment of Neil Warnock, which all goes to show how stupid our personal prejudices are." "We have to trust Milan Mandaric to appoint the right person for the job and support who ever it is." I very much agree with Dave's View on the situation. I too think that we as the fans cannot make the decisions and it is up to Milan to make the appointment that is right for him and the club and not listen to us when we do not like a managerial candidate. Last season we didn't want Ince or Warnock, Ince because he has no experience and warnock simply because we didn't like him, and now look where they are, Warnock flying high (sort of) with Palace and Ince on the verge of a Premiership job. The best thing we can do, for who ever comes in, is to just back all the way him and Mandaric and see it as a positive as the appointment may suprise us all. Mandy will get it right eventually. Tacking this in mind, we might not want John Gregory to be our next manager "anyone but him" is what has constantly been popping up on this forum lately when his name has been rumoured with the City hot seat and i have been one of them, but still, he may do a wonderful job and be the right man to bring the good times back to Leicester. In football you never know about these things, it is certainly possible IMO EDIT: That Font looks quite good i think
Joe. Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 But why should we trust Mandaric with another managerial appointment?
Bellend Sebastian Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 You're right, it's a beautiful font. Better than this one. This one's shit

I too think that we as the fans cannot make the decisions and it is up to Milan to make the appointment that is right for him and the club, even if it is not our cup of tea. The best thing we can do, for who ever comes in, is to give our full support to him and Mandaric. Houdini Logic Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 Surely the title of this thread is a contradiction in itself?
Flynny Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 Surely the title of this thread is a contradiction in itself? "Look Milan, listen to me when I say: ignore me."

In football you never know about these things, it is certainly possible IMO EDIT: That Font looks quite good i think Fans rarely got involved in who the manager should be but after so many monumental cock-ups by people supposedly running successful businesses and that includes those who came before Mandaric fans are ever more sceptical about the abilities of these people - frankly could any of our suggestions been any worse. Having said that Charlie from Hants wrote: I am very confident we will get straight back whoever is appointed. We lost three times to the team just above us - Southampton - and did not do very well against the two below. So do not expect too much this season. Is Mandaric's grandson called Charlie?
Asha Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 Milan won't listen to us, he'll just use us an excuse when it goes wrong - i.e. it was the fans' choice.
