Levein signed Ricardo on loan from a Jamaican club (Tivoli I think..) some years ago and he was a cult hero with the Hearts supporters. The bad economic moment of the Jambos didn´t allow him to extend his contract and make it permanent.

Now he´s not playing regular football with Pompey, and I think he´s a very good player.

Could be Ricardo a future target??? What do you think???

Such are his fitness problems he is on a pay as you are available scheme, or so the papers said when Pompey signed him. We have had enough of unfit players at the club for the moment. However he is the right type of player as he does have a bit of spark about him.

So a fitter version of Fuller would be fine.

I would also be apprehensive because of his dodgy knee.

Yeah i'd take him at the right price, Pompey have got a few forwards and i think he said he wouldn't mind going to Southampton, which hardly endeared him to the club/fans.

Very skillful but a bit lazy, but alongside a willing runner like Connolly he could be a success for us, certainly in this division.

i certainly agree, i remember in the adams promotion season, at Deepdale when we lost 2-0, Fuller scored both goals and totally ripped matty and gerry apart.

Thats pretty much all true, Hearts were absolutely desperate to keep him on but due to the state of scottish football he wasnt kept on. Pretty sure the old firm were interested in him as well but he wanted to try his luck in England.

I reckon a fit Fuller would be quality for you guys!

yeah he did that night, and that showed just how good he can be, because Matty and Gerry were almost unbeatable that year. So if he was fit, he would be a great asset to our team alongside Connolly
