Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 10 August 2008 Posted 10 August 2008 I've just watched an episode of The Price Is Right on Challenge (what a rollercoaster life I lead ). The contestant won the game and had a choice of two prizes: -A home disco. Essentially two 6ft towers with multi coloured lights and a stereo system. -Signed autographed pictures of all the 1966 world cup winning England team. Nicely presented and framed. After being told that the '66 pictures were worth more the guy still chose the disco system. And to do that in the first place is sickening. Even if he didn't want the photos he could've sold them and bought a better sound system! This idiot has officially ruined my day.

Believe it or not, there are people out there who do not like nor understand the beautiful game. I hate to admit this, but I am born to one such person. Luckily, it's a recessive gene.

Their value will only increase as well, where as this home disco thing looked naff.

Apprently back in the day that was worth around 300 notes.

Joe. Posted 10 August 2008 Posted 10 August 2008 What a fool. I know he clearly doesn't like football but he'd be kicking himself if he knew what that signed photo would be worth in a few years, even now! Most people would kill for that.

I'd have called him a tool myself. Seeing him dancing around was vomit inducing. It's not disgusting, it's just f**king stupid.
