Ha, ha, I only don a turban on special occassions!! No turban required at mine, just make sure you come hungry and willing to drink copius amounts of alcohol!!!

Guest Posted 12 September 2008 Posted 12 September 2008 Sacrilege. It's all about the flavours. I use coriander, cardoman, ginger, cumin and a very small amount of chilli. If I wasn't cooking for two, I would ditch the chilli.
