how to talk proper lestoh

as theres so many posh types on these boards i think we need to teach them some proper lestoh.

i know some but having northern parents and a 'talk properly' fines box (5p everytime i said 'cor' and the like) my lestoh vocab is limited, but i'll start us of with:
