I have always been impressed with him (manager of Barnsley), I like the way he goes about things and actually seems a very good manager.

He has done well to keep Barnsley in the Championship 2 years running on a very low budget and you can't forget there wins at Liverpool and at home to Chelsea in the FA cup last season.

Given more money or a go at a bigger club, I think he has a lot of potential.

Got the potentials of a good manager. For such a young age in terms of management he's already got the support & respect of some senior pros at the club and attracted a mixture of good players to the squad.

Don't be fooled by the calls for his head recent. Off the back of a bad September which saw 0 goals scored, we turned it around in October with some great wins, including 3 against local rivals.

I've always liked him and always liked Barnsley.

I was quite upset when we relegated them from the premiership (1-0 win - Zagorakis).

One of my best mates at uni was a Barnsley fan and he was well sound.

Not sure we can forgive them for John Curtis though...

As a manager he's given us 12 points and four clean sheets so he's alright in my book.
