purpleronnie Posted 17 November 2008 Posted 17 November 2008 I sometimes went to watch Ashby when I was in England and I keep abreast of their results. I read that Steve Walsh was the coach of Anstey...is this true?. I did hear something about Anstey being a little flush at the moment so I guess is possible, I noticed reading the report in the local papers online that Carl Muggleton plays in goals, I assume thats the same player formally of Leicester. Anyone know if this is indeed true and how Anstey have come into enough money to pay them. Thanks.

Sparky Posted 17 November 2008 Posted 17 November 2008 I was told that a buisnessman pumped fair few quid in to Nomads , i think Walshie has played the odd game too
purpleronnie Posted 17 November 2008 Author Posted 17 November 2008 Cool, might watch them when they go to ashby I'll be back by then. Do you think he would be interested in chatting to me about his leicester career like some nerdy fan? Me: 'I saw your first ever Leicester game against Luton' Walsh - 'Piss off loser'
The Bigman Posted 17 November 2008 Posted 17 November 2008 Steve Walsh is there along with Sam Mcmahon, Scott James, Carl Muggelton ( only when Notts county don't have a game) Stu Deeley has put a lot of money in hence there turnaround in fortunes and attracting good players now. Have a peek at there website Anstey Nomads
