It's a bit of a risk. He hasn't got much managerial/coaching experience behind him.

I thought this but with some experienced coaches on his side and his passion for the club they can at least stabalise themselves. The problem was Roeder, never really rated him. Probably a good tactician and has a lot of football knowledge but he doesn't seem the type of manager you could see gaining the respect of all his players. A little on the soft side.
