Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 29 January 2009 Posted 29 January 2009 That's the one I've been trying to find! Just couldn't remember who it was against. Actually a really well taken goal.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 29 January 2009 Posted 29 January 2009 You sound surprised? Hopefully we'll see this prowess at St. James' soon enough.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 29 January 2009 Posted 29 January 2009 Nothing compared to Kavechi's against the Czechs.
AmericanScott Posted 30 January 2009 Posted 30 January 2009 Goalie Danny Cepero. Starting in his first ever game in the MLS and scores.
AmericanScott Posted 30 January 2009 Posted 30 January 2009 Shocking pitch. Shocking goal. I know! Can't wait for the mighty RedBulls to have their own stadium. It's embarassing having american football field markers everywhere. It's damn confusing.
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 February 2009 Author Posted 3 February 2009 This fella only scores spectacular goals! Beat me to it. Was going to post that a few days a go but forgot. Your right he only scores wonder goals. Good player.
loverofinsanefox Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 Not suggesting this is the best goal ever, but certainly one of my faves, just the sheer power and clean connection of the kick. The game is behind closed doors, so that probably makes the strike and the ball hitting the back of the net sound that much better!
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 February 2009 Author Posted 3 February 2009 What a hit. Sounds quality hitting the back of the net.
shen Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 Beat me to it. Was going to post that a few days a go but forgot.Your right he only scores wonder goals. Good player. A compilation is surely in order And a couple more...
Narborough_fox Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 Come on what about this peach of a strike. Oh none of you have posted that as Scotland can Beat France and England Can't.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 Come on what about this peach of a strike. Oh none of you have posted that as Scotland can Beat France and England Can't. More like because you have to question the 'keeper in that instance.
Narborough_fox Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 More like because you have to question the 'keeper in that instance. Oh but it wasnt just that win we won at Hampden aswell as in france. England cant even beat France when there 1-0 up with 5 minutes left. They cant even draw. Throw it away, tthtas what they do.

All I was saying was that no one had posted that goal because of it's quality, not because of some vendetta. Good strike, but the 'keepers positioning was all over the shop. It wasn't because everyone's anti-Scottish at all. Everyone likes to see a win over France. shen Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 A few of my personal faves from the national team: This fella is not known for spectacular goals, but he is known for important ones. This one is undoubtedly the best of his career, and one of the most important against arch-rivals Sweden in the final game of the group stages at Euro 2004... The 3rd goal in this game by Ebbe Sand, then giving him the record of quickest scoring sub in World Cup history, from a pass by the iconic Michael Laudrup playing his last major championship.
shen Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 A few more delicious (and extremely cheeky!) goals ... And his predecessor... David Nugent, another who can score amazing goals... And let's finish this time with a Ronaldinho special...
Narborough_fox Posted 3 February 2009 Posted 3 February 2009 Now for My favouraite City goals. Remember ive only watched them for 6 years. Joey from the Halfway line
