StanSP Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 Sky Sports are reporting that Pato is going to hold talks with Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti.Reaction? Do you think he will go? I think he'd be better off staying at Milan for a couple/few more years and build a reputation there. Bigger than what it is now. Kaka leaving could pave the way for him to make a really big impact on Milan and Serie A.
Unknown Fox Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 Sky Sports are reporting that Pato is going to hold talks with Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti.Reaction? Do you think he will go? Well if he goes Milan fans will be furious selling Mr. AC and one of their best prospects in the same transfer window!
Darkzzz_ Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 Jesus. Bad news for Milan. I hope he stays, he has really found his feet this season and I would love him to stay and help Milan rebuild. I think he will go though, Ancelotti loves the boy and sees him as becoming as good as Kaka. Great news for Chelsea if this does go ahead. But I hope it doesn't.
lildave3 Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 Don't even think he's that good. Granted i've only seen him play a handful of times (mainly for Brazil).
lcfc_jme Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 He'd be better off filling his boots for a season or two in Italy, I'd think. I'd much rather play Anelka and The Drog than an unproven (because he pretty much is) boy.

Pato one day will be one of the world's best strikers I think, he has all the right attributes to become brilliant but at his current age and coming to play in such a more physical and more challenging League I could only see him failing. He would be better off staying in Italy and becoming their main man upfront and establishing himself as the best man in Italy before he thinks about moving to England or even Spain. I also think Pato probably wouldn't even be a regular starter for Chelsea over Drogba or Anelka.
