The son of former international player and current coach Julio Cesar "El Emperador" Baldivieso was subbed into the game shortly before half time.The youngster had a rough initiation with oposition player Henry Alaca hitting him with a crunching tackle after only minutes on the the pitch. He was able to continue after treatment to an ankle knock suffered in the tackle. Despite the side going down 1-0 to FC La Paz Mauricio earned the praise of his father and coach.
