davieG Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Is there anyway you can show or link to some video of the product your selling?
Unit Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Yeah, if you go on the advanced selling bit you can get the embed link from a video you've uploaded to youtube

Edmund Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Is there anyway you can show or link to some video of the product your selling? Ebay has always infuriated me with the html coding. Remember once you have done one you can save it as a template and from there just edit the info each time saving hours.

Webbo Posted 28 September 2009 Posted 28 September 2009 According to Paypal I've been refunded for something I've returned to the seller but my paypal account is empty. Would paypal have put the money straight back on to our debit card?

davieG Posted 2 February 2010 Author Posted 2 February 2010 I'm trying yet again to sell something on Ebay not having had any luck previously both with entering the details and actually selling anything for more than 99p I've got a 'used' Panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound System - http://hcc.techradar.com/node/6059 which I'm selling for son number 2. Now what's the best way to list it price wise? Should I just start off with 99p or should I put in a minimum sum like £50? Which is the most likely to bring the best return? Any advice from experienced sellers welcomed. By the way if anyone is interested in buying it let me know

Any advice from experienced sellers welcomed. By the way if anyone is interested in buying it let me know I always start on 99p because you pay higher fees for putting higher reserve prices, best way to get a good return is to leave the auction on longer (10 days or so) so that it gives bidders time to find it, also be sure to advertise in the correct area with no typos.

Shrenchel Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 Start it on 99p but get one of your mates to put a bid in of what you consider to be the lowest accpetable offer.

Alexikokopops Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 Make sure you start it at around 7 or 8 in the evening, so it will finish around then. If you start during the day then it limits the number of people who can be on at the end of the auction to bid
eleven points Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 10 day auction ending on a Sunday, at a time when a highly watched TV show isn't on, is the best way to do it. 2 weekends worth of coverage for your item will get you the most watchers possible.
