purpleronnie Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 I support Houston too but my heart is with Leicester, probably wouldnt have bothered going to see footy in the US but after going to see chicago fire once I was hooked, for the past few seasons I've been watching Houston, its like going to watch leicester 20 years ago.
skinnydipper Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 There's other teams I take an interest in but there's only one team that leaves me feeling miserable when they lose, one team that can make me nervous or exhilirated and one team that can make all the difference to how I feel on a Saturday night
lou Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 Only support Leicester but have been known to frequent the Kit Kat (Bootham) Crescent when were not playing and Ive got the funds available. My Hubbys from York and I have a real soft spot for them. Always look for their results every week and am pissed off when theyve lost but LCFC are the ones that really count for me. My Dad was born down the road from Selhurst Park so I like Palace too but not to the extent I really get too fussed about their results, just keep an eye on them
TrickyTrev Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 Rochdale and Hibs are the pair of British teams I like to see win. I don't get depressed when they lose though. Thats how I feel about Luton. I grew up here so I have seen them plenty of times over the years, but I watch pretty dispassionately. Always nice to see them do well all the same.
