Hello mate, I went to the San Siro to see Inter milan a few weeks back, best way is to purchase your ticket 24 hours before the game minimum as by italian law to combat hooliganism many cannot buy on the day of the game, just to avoid disappointment. Either online or if you are in rome like 2 days before the match pop along and grab one from the offices or in town at the club shop. Take a passport with you when you go to collect them and make sure whoever is coming with you takes theirs too,you will need to show it to pick them up and to gain entry into the ground. Italian football atmosphere is incredible mate, enjoy the Curva Sud but make sure you keep the english lingo shtum
