Simo86 Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 What the hell does "defent" mean? My sentiments exactly
Bluefoxtim Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 What the hell does "defent" mean? He sounds drunk to be honest.
Fosse Boy Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 What the hell does "defent" mean? What the hell does anything he posts mean?
Simo86 Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 What the hell does anything he posts mean? The question was aimed at Leicfox as he is a city fan living in Blackpool, so he would probably know the best places to go.
Guest Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 What the hell does anything he posts mean? I thought it might be easier to focus on one part at a time. Don't want to cause any further confusion!
dpjfox Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 nearest pub is swift hound 150 metres from ground, nearest pub area lytham road (plenty on there ), all walking distance, btw not great pubs but serve beer id plump for WITHERSPOONS (opposite kfc) typical local postcodes FY? ??? BETTER IN TOWN CENTRE rUMOURS LINTEN TREE WALKABOUT
nuneatonfox Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 I'm sure there's weetherspoons in the town centre.
Bert Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 We're not gonna be in the shit stand all being well.
lcfcadam Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 We're not gonna be in the shit stand all being well. You know something we don't? All the evidence says we are absolutely gonna be in the shit stand. I for one hope we are - I've not been before and it looks fun!

Jiggers the Fox Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 Just going on what the BBC Blackpool Reporter said on the phone in tonight. I heard this too!! Didnt he say north stand?
Leicfox Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 Leicfox where is the best place to have a drink before the game? I think there's a pub called The Railway or something it's right next to the ground, It may have gone bust now. As it was two years ago I last went. A 2 years tommorrow. I reckon you should have drink in the town as there's not many pubs around the ground.I remember going last time in a strong wind & it wasn't my dad either. I'm pretty sure it was the weather. That's the Old Bridge. It's classed as an away supporters pub. It's shit, Don't bother. Loads of pubs round the ground if you just go onto Lytham Road. nearest pub is swift hound 150 metres from ground, nearest pub area lytham road (plenty on there ), all walking distance, btw not great pubs but serve beer id plump for WITHERSPOONS (opposite kfc) typical local postcodes FY? ??? BETTER IN TOWN CENTRE rUMOURS LINTEN TREE WALKABOUT Where in Blackpool do you live dpjfox?? Swift Hound is decent, loads of home fans use it though, good atmosphere, never any trouble. I'd Opt for Wetherspoon like dpjfox though, just because the beer is cheaper. I'm sure there's weetherspoons in the town centre. No Wetherspoons in the town centre. Also check back in the thread for places to go at night.
lildave3 Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 I'm only going for Donkey Derby. Fully intend on meeting you all in a winner takes all 'Donkey Derby FoxesTalk Special'. I'm in talks with Eurosport about TV coverage as we speak.
