Jfox Posted 30 June 2010 Posted 30 June 2010 Will the attendances be good again this year? Will our away support be excellent again? Will we sell out home or away? Which games?
Fosse Boy Posted 30 June 2010 Posted 30 June 2010 Will the attendances be good again this year? Will our away support be excellent again? Will we sell out home or away? Which games? Again? It was pretty patchy last season.
Donut Posted 30 June 2010 Posted 30 June 2010 Yes Yes for most games Yes for a select few games Home: Forest, Derby, Leeds; Away: Forest, Derby, Coventry, Sheff U, Leeds, Hull............perhaps
multipack Posted 30 June 2010 Posted 30 June 2010 attendance's will be depend on how well we do as it always does but i think the increase of match day tickets will have an effect big time. Club should no way have increased match ticket prices.
Tommeh Posted 30 June 2010 Posted 30 June 2010 Home games will be around 18k-22k for the night/sky games then 21k-26k for when football should be played. And it'll hit 30's for Forest, Derby and Leeds. Around the same average I think, pretty sure we'll have more ST holders as many re-newed when Premiership football was a possibility and the price was reasonable. Away: London games, Derby games, Leeds, Sheff United and maybe now Hull will sell out I'd imagine. There will be the usual 4,000 idiots at Cov also. We'll still take near top of the league numbers away but lets hope the noise improves, many last year were doggo certainly in comparison to League 1.
Guest Bilo Posted 30 June 2010 Posted 30 June 2010 We won't sell out at Hull. Come New Year's Day when we're playing beautiful football under Sousa and at the top of the league, we won't care about struggling Hull and that bloke we vaguely remember in the home dugout.
Dom_Harborough Fox Posted 1 July 2010 Posted 1 July 2010 Think early season attendances will depend very much on who we appoint and if they can lift the current air of pesimism & depression around the club. After that, I think both home and away attendances will depend a lot on how we are doing in the league, especially with the price increases at home. If we aren't challenging for play-offs at least then I wouldn't be surprised to see our home attendances fall a fair bit compared with last year. Personally, I will try to get to every game regardless of how we are doing but I wouldn't blame others for staying away after the price increases.
Daggers Posted 2 July 2010 Posted 2 July 2010 Most people will not bother if we don't sign Joe Cole and Kevin Keegan. Although some may flock in to get their red Admiral strips.
Houdini Logic Posted 2 July 2010 Posted 2 July 2010 If the club's still in 'turmoil' then expect high attendances - there's nothing an old Leicesterian loves more than to go to the ground for a moan
