Best site for creating an online survey?

I'm doing my dissertation at the minute and as well as doing some face to face interviews, I also want to get some results via the 'net. Basically I need to create an online questionnaire with a few open and closed questions. It's difficult enough to get people to answer these things, so I'm looking for it to be quite straightforward for the user.

http://www.surveymonkey.com is currently the best one I've seen so far, any other suggestions?
