How can I show my support for caretaker boss Chris Powell at the weekend if our illustrious club get into bed with two bob firms like that!?

Ha ha there is a new way of buying your tickets these days! Its called Ticket Office which is very similar but it works... slowy That site has always been shit, I never even bother anymore with the OS.

I tried to get my home play-off ticket there and it was an absolute shambles, obviously the servers were busy but it took me over an hour to get through, then it all went tits up and I ended up not being able to buy tickets because i'd already bought tickets that I hadn't actually bought. Worked out alright after I phoned in.

fatmando Posted 10 October 2010 Posted 10 October 2010 Don't get me started on the ticket system again... Couldn't get the online ticket system to do an under 8 ticket for my boy last Wends. Emailed ticket office (bearing mind I'm asking for over £200 worth of tickets so imo could never be seen as unimportant), waited 24 hours....no reply. Emailed again Thursday afternoon, get an 'out of hours message' back, waited 24 hours.....no reply. Rang the ticket office, held on the phone for about 30 mins in my lunch hour on my mobile at god knows how much per minute. Told the fella who answered that I can't buy under 8's online this season and he just grunted at me. Couldn't give a shite. Told him I'd emailed, his reponse? "Yeah we don't do call backs anymore". Oh right thanks for telling me! That's the way I ve got my tickets for about the last 5 seasons. Unbelievable. What's the point in having a 'ticket.sales' email address then?!
