Whatever happened to the FXT Factor?

I used to enjoy choosing a song and the excitement of wondering if I'd make it through to the live finals

I used to wallow in the self pity of not making it through and the injustice of it all

But most of all I enjoyed the bitchfest that it inevitably produced

Nice try Skinnydipper , but i'm afraid it's probably a futile attempt to resurrect the good old days of FT , it seems that fings just aint wot they woz no more .

You see ,all the great old posters from "la belle epoque" ( as i like to call it ) have long gone and are now probably persuing glittering careers as comedy script writers for the great stand-ups at places such as the Apollo, and they probably only look in here occassionaly to view us with a mixture of scorn ,contempt and possibly a little pity

We are just another couple of old dinosaurs ( amongst a few other deluded diehards ) hanging on to a long gone era
