It's a poorly written discussion of undergrad criminological arguments full of subjective rhetoric with little or no evidence to substantiate unclear argument.

It get's a bit better half way down when he stops using his own words and begins to plagiarise stuff.

The only thing on the whole page that interested me remotely was an entry right at the bottom:

CEOlooses job over fiddling his expenses.
 Case dropped as not in public interest.
