Body found up by Fosse Park yesterday?

Was on my way home from work last night around 8:30ish and there were tons of emergency service vehicles screaming past me on the fosse park bound side of Soar Valley Way

On the way back into work this morning and one lane is still shut off and there is a white forensics tent set up down by the river/canal/whatever it is and the police were all still there.

Anybody shed any light on whats happened? I can only presume a body has been found.

Anything been on the news this morning?

Sad story this one, the OB might have fooked up on this. The young chap was reported missing, totally out of character on Sunday, the car was known to be crashed on SVW at least two days ago, the body found last night. Thats what i've been told as the lad was a good friend of my niece.

Why is it, that even after all these years, when I see the words Fosse Park I think of the park off of Fosse Road North and Glenfield Rd before I think of the shopping centre?

A body being found there would have been far more sinister.
