BoneDog Posted 25 April 2011 Posted 25 April 2011 450-550 Taliban escape from Kandahar prison by digging a tunnel for 360 metres, which must have taken a while. And around 100 of them are apparantly commanders. How the hell could this happen? Surely it can't be that easy. I know I talk about conspiracies now and then but surely they must have had some help from somebody high up? I bet that 20-50 good soldiers could have ensured that these guys never escaped if they were left to it, so I'm pretty certain that they've been f*%ked over by somebody. FoxyPV Posted 25 April 2011 Posted 25 April 2011 They shouldn't have shown The Great Escape on their prison cinema night.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 25 April 2011 Posted 25 April 2011 The words Unreal & Disasterous spring to mind.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 25 April 2011 Posted 25 April 2011 Apparently the prisoners didn't dig out, instead insurgents outside rented a house nearby and tunneled from there into the prison to release their comrades. Cunning scum.
ScouseFox Posted 25 April 2011 Posted 25 April 2011 Yeah, they rented the house next door and dug in and out simultaneously from what I understand, then all bailed. Pretty fvcking clever really.
Thracian Posted 26 April 2011 Posted 26 April 2011 Yeah, they rented the house next door and dug in and out simultaneously from what I understand, then all bailed. Pretty fvcking clever really. And no-one was bright enough to figure that might happen? If those 500 take 10 lives apiece that's some mistake.
MikeyT Posted 26 April 2011 Posted 26 April 2011 And no-one was bright enough to figure that might happen? If those 500 take 10 lives apiece that's some mistake. All a conspiracy surely. No way 500 people could get out unnoticed plus why were people able to rent a house next door! Did the powers that be not have some kind of clue!
