I would have thought it went down fine. There'll be a few players in the team who'll be training knowing that it's likely that they'll be out the door. Dyer, Yann, maybe even Waggy(though I would prefer he stayed). Yann won't be treated any different by the players.

In all honestly, unless Kermorgant himself has requested a move, I think he'll probably get just as much of a chance to prove himself as anyone else. After all, Sven hasn't actually seen him play yet, so I can't see why he'd want to offload him before he's even kicked a ball (under Sven). I wouldn't be surprised to see him take part in a couple of pre-season friendlies, at least.
