davieG Posted 12 August 2011 Author Posted 12 August 2011 I've just been in the club shop and there are mugs, fridge magnets, badges and tee-shirts with King Power stadium on them. I don't mind being ripped off buying Leicester City merchandise but I'm not paying through the nose for an advert for a duty free shop. ...and if people don't buy them they'll get the message and stop selling them they are businessmen after all, but they'll be bought.

I agree and I have no problem with the owners trying to make money. I'm just surprised that they think that given a choice between a LCFC mug and a King Power Stadium mug they'd think that anyone would pick the latter. When they're reduced to £2 a pop in January to get rid I might reconsider.
