I'm glad I didnt wake up to watch the race now. Like many on here, he was one of my favourite riders and I felt sorry for the way he was unfairly targetted this season for daring to overtake the big boys.

No need for this massively over the top reaction in a thread to honor the life of a man that was in the public eye. Get over yourself.
Amin Posted 23 October 2011 Posted 23 October 2011 he had lost the front end halfway round the bend, slipped off the bike and was trying to hang on to it as it veered across the track. Edwards had no chance of missing him. Yeah, apparently the bike started to grip when normally it would slide off the other side of the track. Very unlucky.
