Happy with Pearson, but Warnock is one of the best about for this division and i've no doubt he would get us promoted either this year or next. Saying that, Pearson has the ability to do the same anyway. Shame Warnock got sacked. I used to really hate the guy, but i've grown to like his honesty and the way he goes about a job. He's one of them manager's that the fans of the club he manages loves but everybody else hates. I thought Mandaric at one time wanted him here...

He did and there was a poll in the Merc saying 78% of fans - or something similar - didn't want him here, so he went for Holloway... the rest as they say is history. Given that in our recent history our 'fans' have spat at Brian Little in the season we went up, given O'Neill dogs abuse in the season we went up and openly creamed themselves with the arrivals of Holloway and Eriksson, I really don't think we're in a position to pick & judge future bosses.
