steflcfc Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Just thinking of the amount of players we have that are not currently going to make an impact in or around the first team that we could clear out/pay off to cut the squad down a little, before we start trying to strenghten in whatever areas Nigel picks.. I'm thinking Logan,Berner,Ball,Oakley,Moussa,Howard,Johnson(loan) won't really be involved and could easily be moved on and not missed! Have I missed any others?

I remember Crystal Palace fans coming onto the forum asking about him and people were saying he's good enough for the Champions Leauge. Never thought he was anything special in Leauge One. Don't think he will ever 100% over come his injury either. He's far too slow, been very wasteful, didn't win a single header today and some of his clearances put us in even more danger. How people put him in there starting XI over is beyond me.

Only his third start for us since returning and you want to dismiss him already, incredible. Yet again, who exactly would you bring in who'll do a better job than Tunchev then?
cosb6 Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 Tunchev is a class player.... Away at Forest, it was a good job he was there. It would have been nice to get him back in slowly, but he's one of the best defenders we have.

Defensively and positionally poor too. Doesn't bother to track his man or chase back when he looses the ball. (see both goals today, West Ham's goals, Peterbroughs goal.) the list is endless.
