Sunday Times Rich List - David Ross

The Sunday Times published a sports rich list recently. Amongst other things, it lists the richest people in football and breaks it down by Premiership, Championship etc etc. Listed as 5th richest person in the Championship with £540 million is a guy called David Ross at LCFC.

Does anybody know who this is and what his connection is with the club? I wonder how this fit's with the Thai ownership of the club.

Hes the co-founder of Carphone Warehouse.

Sold his part of the business and number of years ago.

Im sure he had something to do with Linekers ex misses sister.

It used to bother me a bit that I supported a team which plays in blue but I have mellowed now.
