MeltonFox74 Posted 6 June 2012 Posted 6 June 2012 My daughter and a couple of her mates are heading out to Tenerife in the summer, only problem is some of them are 17 so are unsure if they will get into the clubs, bars etc. They are going to playas de la americas were its usually lively. I was wondering if anyone had been out there recently or if you know anyone who's been out there recently and if you know wether they will have any trouble with regards to clubs and drinks. Libertine Dream Posted 6 June 2012 Posted 6 June 2012 Tenerife is owned by Spain which I'd say means they could struggle getting in and getting served at clubs and bars. Honestly it depends who owns the bar,If they get served on this country then theres a high chance they will over there so if they look older they could get lucky. They'll enjoy Tenerife no matter what, weather will be spot on, activities a plenty, decent beaches and a good vibe. Sometimes there are problems in Las Americas but I wouldn't worry too much, like anywhere if they're sensible they'll be fine. Whilst there I'd recommend they go Siam Park and Loro Parque if money enables them to do so. If some are 17, Ayia Napa would have been better, its alot like Las Americas but 17 is the drinking age in Cyprus so they'd have had no worries. Hope she enjoys herself whilst remaining sensible.
