26%, 21%, 20.5% - jeeezus it's all over the place, you best go and see a doctor - that much fluctuation within a day can't be good.

Do you wear a sports bra on a Sunday morning when running up and down that wing?

I bet you do (it'll keep me more amused).

i'm tired of trying to justify myself to a twat like u............

Too easy Mr. sensitive pants.

I'm not asking you to justify yourself to me - you chose to do that - by the looks of it we all might have touched a raw nerve with you on this.

:)

You want to take it on yourself to justify yourself - if you didn't have anything to hide then you should take it in your stride? (hey that rhymes!)

Far dues - if you say you're not overweight - then you're not.

:P

Exaclty - you should have a serious word with Tom about that.

Try this - I found it elsewhere...

It's about working out your body mass index which is performed by this equation.

weight (kg) / (height²) (m)

so for example:

61 (kg) / (1.78²) (m) = 19.25

where the reading shows that if your 18.5 and below your considered underweight and 25 and above overweight.

I don't think this would work on a bodybuilder though.

5' - 1" = 1.5494 m

7 Stone 10LBs = 48.9879792Kg

48.9879792/(1.5494*1.5494)=BMI

48.9879792/2.40064036=BMI
