Not really, we were the new boys that season and something of an unknown quantity. We also had a lot of confidence from the league 1 campaign. I also do not remember us being so one dimensional that season as we have been lately and in that season at least, NFP made attempts to rectify our weakness in central midfield, with some degree of success, something that he simply did not address last season. I get the feeling that he has strengthened midfield in the hope that he might find a central pairing that does not get routinely 'bossed' by the opposition, who knows maybe he has done just that.......
