Apocalypse Now or maybe sometime after that...

Yes, because these two meteor showers happen annually and are about as dangerous as a taxidermied chihuahua.

True, most are harmless, but we get a pounding from somewhere every 2-3 thousand years. That's not my fault so don't get mad at the messenger stroke scholar.

I fail to see how me having a basic grasp of biology comes into this.

I always have a chuckle when a grown man who believes that apes morphed into human beings, with no evidence whatsoever says something like that. It's the 21st Century you know - put those out of date textbooks that still show the Miller Urey experiment and out of date trees of life as evidence down! But this is an apocalypsian thread so we shouldn't discuss it here.

And these two coming up this month are harmless.

lol Strawmen, strawmen everywhere. Apes didn't morph into human beings, we share a common ancestor with them. Simplest analogy would be cousins: your cousins didn't morph into you: you and your cousins are both direct descendants of your grandparents... So, yes, there's no evidence that apes morphed into human beings, but that's irrelevant because that's not what evolution says. As for the actual theory of evolution? Plenty of evidence sonny-jim: chromosome 2, ERV's, fossil records...

LEAVE IT!

You know what I mean though when I mention 'apes to men'. Yes, there are similarities but it's the unsimilarities that are more important. The whole theory is about the route from single cell organism to humans. There is no fossil evidence of any transformations. I think the fossil evidence you refer to is just evidence of speciation - which has it's limits, and evidence for other extinct species that weren't intermediaries.

You'll come round one day and I will welcome you with open arms. Love and Light.

A quick question Doctor. Has Mars 'gone comet'? See if you can break into the observatory at Uni tonight to check it out. I heard from a somewhat untested source that it has 'gone comet' and developed a coma and tail in the last few days.

The unsimilarities?  lol You mean differences, and of course - that is what makes us separate species. The fossil record tracks the transformations actually: it doesn't work like in pokemon with a glowing light and suddenly a different species: it's slow changes, and that's what the fossil record shows: look at the hominid skulls:

Unlikely, I work off science, and science just finds more evidence for it.

No. The tail is created by solar winds stripping lightweight gases and elements away and into a tail: hence why the tail is always the opposite side of the body to the sun. At the moment the sun is quiet, suspiciously quiet: http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2013-09-18/science/42182028_1_sunspots-maunder-minimum-solar-cycle - It'd need to be freakishly hyper-active to cause that sort of thing.
