Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 12 December 2012 Posted 12 December 2012 The optimistic in me says we'll go on another good run soon, and Palace will drop off a bit - and we'll pip 2nd and we'll all go mental orangutan faecal. The pessimistic in me says we'll end up 3rd - joint points with Palace in 2nd but somehow lower goal difference. And get absolute buggered in the playoffs. The worst case scenario is Nugent, Dyer, Morgan, Schmeichel all pick up bad injuries just after Christmas and are out for months. We dip in form massively and end up 9th. The realistic in me says the table will stay pretty much as is for the remainder of the season, we finish 4th or 5th. The first play-off leg goes well and we scrape through to the play-off final. And it'll go to penalties, and Schmeichel will make 2 fantastic saves, we get promoted, and we'll all go schizo simian stool sample.
seenitall Posted 12 December 2012 Posted 12 December 2012 Strengthen the squad, striker, central defender and the elusive midfield general and we can still get top 2 - without and if we get Wes or nuge injured for a few weeks could be as low as 9th or 10th - no signings or injuries maybe 5th
