The new website is up and running. Bare of content at the moment but it is an improvement from the last one. The Christmas issue of the magazine is available to read online or download.

Not sure if that's a positive or negative response but thanks anyway.

At my interview to day I handed in two articles one was on the meeting on 9th Jan at Inclusion Health care about the proposed cutbacks on hostels. The other was a report on this months Word event at the Y theatre where comic/poet Rob Gee was the special guest.

Hopefully they will be on the website within the next week. Could be one of the first ones on. We welcome articles news stories from anyone. Read About Us to get an idea of what the magazine's aims are. The link is below in my sig.

I may have misunderstood but is this a news website for the homeless?

It's part of a news agency. The aim is to give those in hostels, shared housing and on the street to be given a chance to volunteer and/or be trained in media via community news agencies, magazine and contribute to the website if they wish. This will enable them to gain confidence and eventually change their lives.

The About Us page explains it as well. Some of the people that I work with have had experience of hostels and shared housing so can easily bust the stereotype image that is portrayed of the homeless.
