Pearsons has done very well with us this season but against Peterborough it was clear he got his tactics and team selection wrong, hopefully we will get it right in our next few games. Dont need to panic at all. Every manager on the face of the earth gets tactics and team selections wrong on occassion. As long as you react well in the games that follow is all that matters.
