They've both influenced scenes and their music is technically superior to kaiser chiefs and franz. With the Libertines music being especially varied, with meaningful lyrics. They both were/are definitley more pioneering than your two pieces of shit I don't think that is in doubt. Like what you want but I can abuse you for it if I want to.
