Gav Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Our form has been dreadful but lets get behind the team. We are still in with a shout!!! How many times have you seen fans make a difference in big games ??? Lets stop the moaning at games and just get behind them. The fans were brilliant in the Millwall game and I really think the players reacted to that. Lets try and make a difference!!!! Maybe we should get the old blue flags out for the next home game! C'mon Leicester - Stop the moaning and enjoy being involved in the promotion race !!!
Dan Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 We were good in the Millwall game to be fair, think the red card helped but that was far, far more like it. Barnsley on the other hand....
Gav Posted 3 April 2013 Author Posted 3 April 2013 I know what your saying and it is difficult when they are playing poorly but maybe we can reate a really good atmosphere before the game which might give them a kick up the arse. If they then play like we did at Barnsley then I understand the crowd's reaction. It would just be nice to forget about the last few months and start again with a fresh slate for the remaining games. Football is to be enjoyed afterall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ely fox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 I for one will not be spending any more money on tickets until pearson has gone ... just had enough of him!
Gav Posted 3 April 2013 Author Posted 3 April 2013 The negativity is actually boring me. All these people saying " I've been a fan for 25 years and i've never seen anything like it" Really ???? Were these fans on a holiday when we had Martin Allen, Craig Levein, Peter Taylor ?? Or the time we got demolished at Portsmouth under Sousa to go bottom of the league. I certainly have seen us in much worse positions.

foxesfan1989 Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 I think people just need to relax, listen to this and get some passion back.
Ely fox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Perhaps the reason might be that we have a crap manager and some of us have realised that a while ago , im not going to carry on getting behind pearson as I want him out of the club, that's just my opinion, do what you wanna do just don't tell me what I should be doing its a little bit on the arrogant side!
Gav Posted 3 April 2013 Author Posted 3 April 2013 Ha ha Ely. Im not telling anyone anything, just trying to create some positivity. Mind you it seems quite hard to post on here these days without annoying someone. Everyone is entiltled to an opinion. As long as he is here I will support him because he is the manager of my team.
Jordan Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 In 2009/10, Nigel Pearson's City were in a tailspin and perilously close to missing the playoffs before winning the last 5 games of the season. Apples and oranges, but there is precedent for City to turn things around. But besides all that, "supporters" should support the team.
Monsell1976 Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Don't think us being loud and getting behind this bunch of players will make alot of difference, they get good support home and away, but haven't responded yet. I think we have to accept that the team are not good enough, not so much the playing side, but attitude wise, they just can't perform under pressure, or they don't want to play for Pearson, either way we will be there making a noise, but don't hold your breath for a response, well you might off ben Marshall but you might not like it
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 I agree lets get behind the boys for the final push however it is quite appalling that they havent got rid of Pearson yet (and i dont even like the idea of sacking any Leicester manager Peter Taylor apart perhaps as he ruined the club)

Is Pearson seriously worse than some of the dross we've had in the last 10 years?
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 That just amazes me. Is Pearson seriously worse than some of the dross we've had in the last 10 years? I've got nowt against NP personally Dan but this run is awful we clearly have more problems than meet the eye IMO
Blue will Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Funny old game, win the next 2 games and the manager is a hero, lose he is a complete fool! Can't see how we can win but let's hope for a dodgy pen or slice of luck

ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 amount of these threads of 'XYZ is this' 'XYZ is that' will all disappear as soon as we win
Ely fox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Ha ha Ely. Im not telling anyone anything, just trying to create some positivity. Mind you it seems quite hard to post on here these days without annoying someone. Everyone is entiltled to an opinion. As long as he is here I will support him because he is the manager of my team. It makes me quite emotional
Dan Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 I've got nowt against NP personally Dan but this run is awful we clearly have more problems than meet the eye IMO Trust me I've lost a bit of faith in him, well I say a bit, it's more than a bit, but I don't know, I think we've had far worse. I agree though, there's definitely more than just a loss of form.
1964FOX Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 The one thing I can see as a positive is that we are now underdogs for the play off bing 7th and in awful form. We all know what happens when Leicester are the underdogs don't we or is that too much to ask this time?
