Jimmy Posted 27 July 2005 Posted 27 July 2005 Source Nooooooooo!!! ah well back to hating millwall then!
Jimmy Posted 27 July 2005 Author Posted 27 July 2005 sorry i dint see it, it probably should have been put in this section anyway
Louise Posted 27 July 2005 Posted 27 July 2005 Only surprising in that it is so soon, I thought they'd at least give him a month of games before they sacked him. I love Steve but he's no manager.

rossporterlc Posted 27 July 2005 Posted 27 July 2005 poor guy, that's a bit quick isn't it, could have let the season start first
Libertine Posted 27 July 2005 Posted 27 July 2005 Ridiculous decision, ah well, they'll have to look forward to Colin Lee being their gaffer!
Janx Posted 27 July 2005 Posted 27 July 2005 stick him up front!! actually MA might want him, "to do a job" with a "mix of youth and experience"
Willis Posted 27 July 2005 Posted 27 July 2005 I think Claridge, given time could be an alright manager. Perhaps in the Barry Fry mould - a bit old school - but better. But he's best at the media stuff. When he's a pundit on Channel 5, he's hilarious but also quite lucid and intelligent. Millwall is another interesting, if short, chapter in the life and times of Mr S Claridge.
