The Year Of The Fox Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 OK, so after over 10 years of owning a mobile I've finally gone and lost my first ever one last night> I'm pretty devastated as I had some unreal videos of the celebrations at FT yesterday. Its a Sony Xperia, so a shit phone, but because the battery is dead the and because I don't have a specific app on it, 'geek squad' are unable to track it/locate it. Is this true, or were they being unhelpful as I didn't have 'their' app? With all the GPS stuff on a mobile now there must be someway to track it? I have retraced my steps just now and can't see it anywhere. I'm waiting for the two sodding pubs in Whitwick to open to see if they've had it handed in
Alexikokopops Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 It sounds about right to me although I can't be sure. Sorry
The Year Of The Fox Posted 5 May 2013 Author Posted 5 May 2013 Pub in Whitwick? Handing in found phone? Er, good luck!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 5 May 2013 Author Posted 5 May 2013 You found it didn't you? Yep in the end. I was paraletic last night, I biked halfway to Whitwick retracing my steps, my bike broke on me, the back gear cogs all came off, so I chucked the bike in the hedge and walked home Taxi driver found it in his minibus this AM. Deffo going to download a good app this minute
